- For Ready stock items :

After you place your order, we have to input your data, quality checking, packaging and finally shipping.

Even same town delivery needs 2-3days to reach you.

So please kindly place your order and we will process it immediately.

- For Preorder items :

Open Preorder every month, from 1st-15th. Takes 10-14days after PO closed for goods to arrived.

- How is shipping calculated :

For local shipping, we are using TIKI or JNE service and the shipping rates are based on the weight / size of your package and your location.

There are selection of shipping service for you to choose from. Depending on your selection, your order may take anywhere from 2-6 business days to arrive ( within Indonesia ). A typical 1kg package shipped via TIKI regular or JNE OKE will usually reach its destination within 2-3 business days.

Please note that we are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, and may vary by destination, especially during peak shipping periods.

On occasion, packages are lost or stolen in transit. We can not be liable for packages once they have been delivered to the carrier. Unless you have opted to insure these packages, we can not be responsible for any refunds on lost or stolen packages.
